Terms and Conditions Policy
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AGREEMENT VERY CAREFULLY. THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THIS SALE AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTS ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS (UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE FORMAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH Eagle Zone Golf, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN).
Important Information about this Legal Contract
This Sale Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and Eagle Zone Golf. The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the site. (References to "you" or "your" shall relate to the Customer; references to "Eagle Zone Golf" shall relate to Eagle Zone Golf and its affiliates/managed websites.) The terms and conditions of this Sale Agreement are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms and conditions posted on the site at the time the Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question. This Sale Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Eagle Zone Golf relating to the purchase or sale of goods or services on the site. The Sale Agreement may only be modified or terminated with regard to goods or services that have been purchased or sold on the site in writing signed by Eagle Zone Golf. Electronic records (including signatures), that are otherwise valid, shall be accepted under the Sale Agreement. The Customer consents to receive electronic records, which may be provided via a web browser or e-mail application connected to the Internet; consumers may withdraw consent to receiving electronic records or have the record provided in non-electronic form by contacting Eagle Zone Golf. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions stated on your purchase order and this Sale Agreement or any terms and conditions on our invoice, you agree that the provisions of this Sale Agreement and our invoice shall overrule yours.
Pricing and Information Disclaimer
ALL PRICING ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. FOR ALL PRICES, PRODUCTS AND OFFERS, EAGLE ZONE GOLF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS DUE TO CHANGING MARKET CONDITIONS, PRODUCT DISCONTINUATION, MANUFACTURER PRICE CHANGES, ERRORS IN ADVERTISEMENTS AND OTHER EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES. WHILE EAGLE ZONE GOLF USES REASONABLE EFFORTS TO INCLUDE ACCURATE UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION ON THE SITE, EAGLE ZONE GOLF MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE SITE'S ACCURACY. EAGLE ZONE GOLF ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE CONTENT OF THE SITE.
Warranty
Three-year Hitting Surface Warranty is based off of warranty life and/or usage of the product. Please Note that warranty claim will be applied to the purchase of a replacement surface. This means there is no cash value to this warranty and it can only be applied to the purchase of a replacement part. If you have any further concerns and/or questions please feel free to contact us at helpdesk@turfemail.com. Claims For Lifetime Warranty on an Eagle Zone Golf unit is as follows. Please describe the nature of your request with photos and submit it to helpdesk@turfemail.com and somebody will get back to you promptly.
Limitation of Liability
EAGLE ZONE GOLF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. LIFELIKE TURF WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, EAGLE ZONE GOLF IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE(S) UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
Orders and Payment
ORDERS ARE NOT BINDING UNTIL ACCEPTED BY EAGLE ZONE GOLF. ALL PAYMENTS ARE MADE ONLINE VIA CREDIT CARD SERVICES AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT. CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ORDER.

Eagle Zone Golf Limited Warranty
Eagle Zone Golf guarantees the Fairway Simulator against any manufacturing defect for a period of 6 months. To submit a warranty claim, please send a copy of your order receipt, along with a photo of the defected product to helpdesk@turfemail.com. Please refer to our return policy for shipping your product for a return. Upon inspection, if approved, Eagle Zone Golf will repair or replace the Fairway Simulator and promptly return the product to you. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover loss or damage due to normal or excessive wear and tear.
Return Policy
1) CLEARANCE/ FINAL SALES: All clearance items are final sales. CLEARANCE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
2) For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit, or refund as described below, you must have preapproval by our office in writing within thirty days of receiving the product.
Return:
The merchandise will only be eligible for return on approved carriers. Products must be in the original packaging and/or in approved packaging method.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN REASONBLE CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL BOX AND/OR APPROVED PACKAGING - WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD RETURN. AFTER RETURNS ARE PROCESSED WE SHALL ISSUE CREDIT TO CUSTOMERS ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD - NO CASH REFUNDS. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURNING DELIVERY FEE.
Cancellation
Cancellations can only be approved prior to shipping and customers refund will be applied to the original method of payment within three business days. All approvals for returns and/or cancellations must be submitted in writing to:

Policy All orders placed before 1:30pm will be processed that day and dispatched the next business day. A tracking number will be provided.
